Ideally every day. Ideally several times a day.
eat without youtube.
Yeah, or TV, or anything. When you eat, just eat.
chew more.
Also: fix your teeth.
train without music.
Sometimes silence helps focus. Doestn't have to be that way every time, but try it.
plan for 15 mins. execute.
I like this one. I'm doing something like that for my wiriting. Probably not executing enough.
organise your desk
And your computer desktop while you're at it.
take something seriously.

read technical papers.
Yeah, I love nerding out. I'd say find your why first, otherwise it's just consuming.
act fast.
I try. All the time. It's a big differenciator. I read somethiing nice about this today.
find bread.
Ok, but no salt for me. Keeps my sodium intake at bay.
eat clean.
Fish, Chicken, Cow. 3, 2, 1 times a week respectively. The other 1 day do whatever you want. Like veggies. But those should be eaten every day. If you don't eat meat, pump up your other stuff and suplements. Goes without saying but drink water.
journal.
Yes. I do it digitally. If you're starting or want to start, I recomend going for the least friction, whatever that means for you (paper, computer, phone, you name it).
save a life.
Sounds big, but you could save a life by doing the simplest things (which are usually the complex ones but that's for another post).
help people.
But first, help yourself. Then, you should be equipped to help others.

It's like learning a second language for non-native English speakers. And if you are a native English speaker, learn to communicate well. It will serve you well.
read poetry.
Can't say I'm able to read poetry aside from what I had to read at school. It's not bad and a lot well known quotes come from poetry.

Read about what art is and you'll see that I'm not creative is not true. We're all born creative.
stay composed.
Easier said than done but yes.
refine your speech.
Write, write, write.
optimise for efficiency.
I love this but don't go too far (like letting the perfectionist in you win).
stop doing things that waste your time.
Or things that your gut tells you not to do. Useful knowing your why.

Hurts but yes and part of living.

Which means notice them everywhere. Because they are everywhere. You don't have to look. You need to be present and notice them. They are helpful almost every time.
